Privacy Policy

Thrive Argan Oil (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit or make a purchase through thriveargan.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you have questions, contact us at Kevin@ThriveArgan.com.

Information we collect

When you place an order or create an account, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, email address, billing and shipping address, and phone number. If you create an account, we also store your order history and saved details so you don’t have to re-enter them.

You can check out as a guest without creating an account. Guest checkout collects the same order information but does not save an ongoing account profile.

If you choose to sign up to receive product and skincare information from us, we collect your email address for that purpose. Signing up is optional and separate from placing an order.

Payment information

We process payments through Stripe (including Apple Pay and Google Pay). When you pay, your card details are entered directly with our payment processor — we do not see or store your full card number on our servers. Stripe handles your payment data under its own privacy and security terms.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to: process and fulfill your orders, arrange shipping and delivery, communicate with you about your order, provide customer support, manage your account if you have one, and — only if you’ve opted in — send you product and skincare information. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Shipping

We ship orders via USPS Priority Mail. To deliver your order, we share your name and shipping address with USPS. USPS handles that information under its own privacy practices.

Analytics

We may use analytics services, including Jetpack Stats, to understand how visitors use our site — for example, which pages are viewed and how visitors find us. This helps us improve the site.

Cookies

Our site uses cookies to make it work properly. WooCommerce, our store platform, sets cookies to remember the items in your cart and manage your session while you shop and check out. If you leave a comment or log into an account, additional cookies may be set to remember your preferences. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings, though disabling them may affect how the store functions.

Third-party services

Some pages may include content or functionality from third-party services (such as embedded media or the payment and shipping providers described above). These providers may collect information as described in their own privacy policies. We only work with providers as needed to run our store.

How long we keep your information

We keep order and account information for as long as needed to fulfill orders, provide support, and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. If you have an account, you can request that we update or delete your information (see below).

Your choices and rights

You can: unsubscribe from our marketing emails at any time using the link in those emails; request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you; and, if you have an account, review and update your details by logging in. To make any of these requests, email us at Kevin@ThriveArgan.com. Note that we may need to keep certain information to comply with legal or tax obligations even after a deletion request.

Children’s privacy

Our store is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date below.
