Refund and Returns Policy
At Thrive Argan Oil, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Because our argan oil is a beauty product, we handle returns and refunds with your safety and hygiene in mind. This policy explains when refunds and replacements are available and how to request one.
When we offer refunds or replacements
We offer refunds or replacements when there is a problem with the product itself — for example, if your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or if there is a quality concern such as something visibly wrong inside the bottle. If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll make it right.
Because this is a beauty product used directly on skin, we do not accept returns simply for change of mind. This protects the safety and integrity of our products for all customers.
Timeframe
Please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order to report a problem and request a refund or replacement.
How to start a return or report a problem
Email us at Kevin@ThriveArgan.com and include your order number and a description of the issue. If the problem is something we need to see — such as a concern about the contents of a bottle — please include a photo if you can. This helps us resolve it quickly.
Returns for inspection
In some cases, such as a report of something inside the bottle, we may ask you to return the product so we can inspect it. If we ask you to return an item because of a product problem, we cover the return shipping cost. We’ll provide instructions on how to send it back.
Refunds
Once we’ve confirmed the issue — or received and inspected a returned item, if a return was requested — we’ll issue your refund to your original payment method (through Stripe). Refunds are processed within 7 days of confirming the problem or receiving the returned product. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear on your statement.
If you’d prefer a replacement instead of a refund for a damaged or defective item, let us know and we’ll arrange that.
Subscriptions
If you have a subscription, you can cancel at any time from your account page, or by emailing us at Kevin@ThriveArgan.com. Canceling stops future renewals. If a subscription order has already shipped and there is a problem with the product, the refund and replacement terms above apply.
